Remember to sign your club, society, business, or family up to sponsor and decorate a tree and be part
of the Christmas tree festival at St Mary’s Church this year! Friday 8th December until 28th December.
The children’s trees will be inside the church and the adult’s trees outside on the churchyard path. As well as the display of trees, we will be ‘Lighting up the trees’ with food and drink, free to all from 5pm – 6pm Friday 8th December, and there will be a Christmas Quiz on Saturday 9th December.

Schedule:
Friday 8th December from 10.00am – 4.30pm Groups to decorate trees – finish setting up church – cafe set up – set up lighting up event
Light up the trees 5.00pm – 6.00pm -Friday 8th December
BBQ with sausages (& veggie sausages), onions, rolls, sauces, mulled wine, soft drinks, kids drinks
Mulled wine
School choir, possibly doing ‘a sing a long’.
Saturday 9th December – morning only 10.00am – 1.00pm – Cafe open
Saturday 9th December – Christmas quiz – from 7.00pm for 7.30pm start
Cheese platters – with mince pies, satsumas
Bar and soft drinks
Thursday 28th December – All decorations to be taken away by today
Friday 29th – tree removal
